A Skill Enhancement Program - An outreach initiative of Ahalia School of Management, was conducted at Marian Arts and Science College, Koduvayur on December 13, 2023.
The program was led by Ms. Jyothis Rachel Mathews, Assistant Professor (MBA), Ahalia School of Management and Ms. Neetu P M, Assistant Professor (MBA), Ahalia School of Management.
The program was focused on the development of personal skills and communication for the final year degree students. It also had the students prepare for their future endeavours where they were trained on how to prepare for an interview, how to prepare a good resume, what are the aspects of succeeding in a job interview and how effective communication skills and socialising can make an impact for them.
