Student-Faculty exchange programme are mutual,inter-institutional arrangements through which the proficiency and services of one institution’s faculty are exchanged with the other institution for time-limited periods,which provides students to experience a different academic environment and learn about novel forms of learning.
A three day Student & Faculty Exchange Programme was conducted at ST JOSEPH'S COLLEGE, IRINJALAKUDA on 16th,17th and 18th August 2023,as a part of jointly organised initiative between Research Department of Commerce,St Joseph’s college (Autonomous),irinjalakuda and Christ college (Autonomous) irinjalakuda.
M.com 1st year students of Christ college,irinjalakuda had their three days of regular classes at St joseph's college ,irinjalakuda along with the M.com 1st year students of the respective college.The classes were handled by the respective subject faculties of ST JOSEPH'S commerce department.
The Student and Faculty Exchange Programme between St. Joseph's College and Christ College was a resounding success. The exchange program, spanning three days, brought together students and faculty from St. Joseph's College and Christ College, fostering a platform for academic collaboration and networking.
The program featured a well-organized schedule comprising lectures and interactive sessions. These sessions facilitated meaningful academic exchange and knowledge sharing.
