When we exercise, the body releases chemicals that boost your sense of well being and supress hormones that cause stress and anxiety. Yes here we have the Cross Country Race to improve our willpower, self confidence, Endurance, Tolerance capacity, challenging and excitement.
We hope this friendly performance will help our students improve their skills. Cross Country Race in connection with PARIS Olympics 2024 will be held on 26th July 2024 ( Friday) at 3.00pm @ Mercy College Campus. There will be seperate competition for sports category and general category. Therefore, it is desired to send five general category students from each class to participate in the competition. All the Students from the sports section are participating in the competition.
